The normal delivery time is 2-3 business days from the date of receipt of the payment (N.B.: bank transfers also take 4 working days before being received - depends on the bank); after the goods have been dispatched, the courier needs a further 2-3 working days to deliver, and therefore it may take longer.

If there are pending products reassortments (many times because of the sizes) you have to consider more or less 3 working days to restock - this may take a longer delivery time. Ultimately, you need not be alarmed if the parcel is not received immediately because it probably has been already shipped.

After the reasonable time, if the package does not arrive require verification dispatch office (e-mail to spedizioni@landisport.it), providing name, surname and order id.

The shipping cost is normally € 9,00 per parcel up to 30 kg of weight per volume and the amount is always indicated during check-out and in the order confirmation. Shipping is free on the other hand, in Italy, in the case of amounts exceeding € 250,00.

Payment on delivery involves a charge of € 4,00 (you need to manage the cost of the courier requires to handle your money and provide them to us). This kind of payment is not available for the foreign market.

The delivery of the package is 100% guaranteed. If your parcel does go astray, Landisport will, after appropriate research from the network of couriers, to ship a new parcel with the purchased goods without any additional charge.
